Has anyone heard of "disagreeing without being disagreeable"?
Looks like Mike and I aren't the only ones who need "happy pills"!

Haha, no hostilty here that's for sure. I just know my opinion wasn't altered by any happy pills. It was a good show. Enough said.

I laugh a little more each time I read the term "happy pills". It's taken on a life of its own.

hey lovepain.... up your dosage... (more purple and less red)... it will mellow you out.
As far as the cheap seats, it was a general admission show. Are you sure you were even there? Maybe it was a dream.
Of course we both know I wasn't finger bangin my grandma... it was yours.... and she's mighty hot!!

Has anyone else noticed that Johnny Two Bags had been picking up portions of the lead guitar and some solos for songs even before the broken wrist? Is it just me or since Two Bags picked up portions of solo he's added a few more blusy types of sounds when he's soloing? Again has anyone else noticed this or is it just my imagination?

When I was in CA over New Years and saw them play about 5 times, I did noticed that he was doing allot more of the leads. I think it is great!

It seems like gradually over the last few years Mike has been letting the other guys have a little more of the spotlight.
The one time I saw them in the brief time Matt Freeman was in the band he got to reel off a long, ungodly badass bass solo. All the other guys (even Mike!) stepped back in the shadows by the drum kit and Matt out front for a good two minutes.
My theory is that it became more of a band thing after their long layoff and he'd done his solo thing, so maybe that's his outlet for it to be all about him.

Yeah, exactly. I like Johnny, I think he's a good guitarist, but I still don't think he makes it look nearly as fluid or as easy as Mike Ness. Plus there's just something respectable about a frontman being both the lead singer, and lead guitarist. Although in this case, it's a damn good thing that johnny has picked up a lot of it, otherwise they would have been fucked with the wrist break
